Delivery

1. Delivery Zones

The products are delivered:

  • In France ;

  • in the countries of the European Union;

  • and, where applicable, to other international destinations, subject to prior acceptance by the Seller.

Any customs fees, local taxes or import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer, who assumes full liability for them.

2. Delivery methods

Deliveries are made by carriers chosen by the Seller (express carriers, courier, freight, depending on the nature of the products).

The Seller reserves the right to modify the delivery method according to logistical constraints, without this giving rise to any dispute on the part of the customer.

3. Delivery times

Delivery times are provided as an indication at the time of ordering.

They depend in particular on:

  • product availability;

  • of the chosen mode of transport;

  • of the destination.

Any potential delivery delay will under no circumstances give rise to:

  • order cancellation;

  • a refusal of the merchandise;

  • a claim for damages.

4. Risk Transfer

In accordance with Article L216-4 of the Consumer Code applicable between professionals by contractual analogy, the risks are transferred to the customer upon delivery of the products to the carrier.

It is the client's responsibility to take out any transport insurance deemed necessary.

5. Receiving the products

The Customer is required to check the apparent condition of the packages and products upon delivery.

In the event of damage, missing items or a damaged package, the Customer must:

  • to issue specific and detailed reservations on the carrier's delivery note;

  • confirm these reservations in writing to the carrier within the legal time limits;

  • Inform the Seller by email within a maximum of 7 working days at the following address: 📧 techdent@techdent.fr

Otherwise, the delivery will be deemed compliant.

6. Delivery impossible

In the event of an error in the delivery address provided by the Customer, absence at the time of delivery or unjustified refusal to accept, the costs of new delivery will be entirely borne by the Customer.

7. Product Availability

In the event of temporary or permanent unavailability of a product after order confirmation, the Seller reserves the right to:

  • defer delivery;

  • to offer an equivalent product;

  • partially or totally cancel the order, with a refund or the issuance of a credit note.

8. Force majeure

The Seller shall not be held liable for any delay or inability to deliver resulting from a force majeure event as defined by French case law (strike, natural disaster, pandemic, transport disruption, etc.).
